Our History
Droubay Redevelopment Company is a family-owned and operated real estate development company. For four generations, we have focused on providing high-density housing in walkable neighborhoods.
The company began in the 1910s when twin brothers William and Joseph Saunders built their first apartments and small commercial buildings in Sacramento, California. We still own many of these historic buildings and have added to our portfolio through acquisition, renovation, and new construction.
When we first considered investing outside of Sacramento, Ogden was a logical choice because of our deep ties to the area and the incredible potential we see in Ogden’s unique geographic features and historic architecture.
