Paul Droubay, Managing Partner
Paul holds a BS in environmental studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MBA from Sacramento State University. He has worked for the company since 2008. As general manager, he directs and oversees all capital improvements and new construction. His background in the environmental sciences has led him to prioritize energy efficiency, water-wise landscaping, and other sustainable building practices in the company’s new construction and renovation projects. Paul has deep ties to both the Ogden area, where he was born and raised, and the Sacramento area, where he attended high school and currently lives with his family.
Johanna Droubay, Partner
Johanna has two decades of project management and communications experience. She joined the company in 2020 to help coordinate the development of Woods Rose—a 49-unit townhome community and Droubay Redevelopment Company’s first new-construction project in Ogden. Johanna coordinates redevelopment projects in the Ogden area, where Johanna was born, raised, and currently lives with her family. She holds a BA in English from Reed College and an MA in writing from the Johns Hopkins University.
