Our company began in the 1910s when brothers William and Joseph Saunders built their first apartments. We still owns and maintains many of these distinctive, historic homes located in the heart of Sacramento’s Midtown and East Sac neighborhoods.

With a plethora of local restaurants and shops, entertainment venues, and grocery stores within walking distance, our Midtown properties offer convenience and community as well as striking Victorian architecture.

Our one- and two-bedroom apartments in East Sac are located on beautiful residential streets close to McKinley Park, California State University, public and private K-12 schools, and the American River Parkway.
