Woods Rose is a 49-unit townhome community completed in 2021. Units include attached two-car garages, bright, open-concept living spaces, and extensive water-wise landscaping. By working with city council and hearing neighborhood concerns, we were able to bring a project to the area that met the city’s need for higher density housing while also taking into strong consideration the surrounding single-family-home neighborhood. The community is ideally located across the street from 40th Street Park and its basketball, tennis, picnic, and playground facilities. It is also minutes from Weber State University and McKay-Dee Hospital and within walking distance of restaurants, retail, and transit.
