New Construction

We work with thoughtful, experienced architects to prioritize the human experience, energy and water efficiency, and, wherever possible, integration of the built and natural environments. We seek out redevelopment opportunities in urban areas rather than building on open space or agricultural land. Our newest project, rendered below by Blackbox Design Studios, will be located at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and the Ogden River Parkway. Ogden River’s Edge will be completed in late 2027 and will feature two four-story residential buildings, a trailside restaurant, and an active plaza connecting the residential, commercial, and public realms.
